Our Beef

We offer our All-Natural Beef by the individual cut in steaks, roast, brisket, ground beef, or custom cuts by the whole or half.  Our meat is USDA inspected, dry aged for 21 days, vacuum sealed and deep froze.  Our beef is available at local farmers markets or to be pick up by the customer.  

 

Our goal is to provide the highest quality beef to our customer and continuing to improve practices to achieve that goal.  We are selective of the cattle that we allow into our beef program as well as when selecting sires. 

 

Beef in our program starts from birth here on the farm, raised in the pasture on grass with daily supplemental feeding of grain.  We  keep free choice minerals and fresh water available in all pastures.  Our beef is grown free of any growth hormones or antibiotics and only fed a vegetarian diet.
